It begins with a memory. Slowly, the particles in your brain disseminate to form broken images of past times. And it's saddening bc you can't go back. Suddenly everything turns gray and slow moving and you can barely reach it, but you know it's there. You close your eyes and bask in the nostalgia because it is the closest you can get. Then your body kicks in, and you realize how beautiful it all is - how lovely it can be for good things to end.
